I'm Donny Baker
After graduating from college with a simple communications degree, I packed the truck, kissed Momma goodbye, and left my sleepy little fishing village of South Louisiana (40 miles south of New Orleans) for the big city of Los Angeles, CA. I was destined to be a rock star.
Well, that didn't work out as planned. Everybody here was with trying to be a rock star or an actor. I found out soon enough I was neither.
I did find that I was pretty good at supporting rock stars by understanding how to mix audio and make it sound great.
That's where my story begins. I am a sound guy.
